Face of Ashley Rene’s Wrap-Up

Bright Lights, Sparkly Shoes, and Lots of Content - My Year As The Face of Ashley Rene’s

My year as the Face of Ashley Rene’s has fulfilled dreams, opened doors, and created so many memories for me and my family. Entering the competition last year, I wanted to be extra creative in my submission video. Inspiration struck to use the iconic Elle Woods law school application video format so I could tell Harvard - I mean AR - why I wanted to represent them. I shared how I know AR has the best staff, how I could bring the AR 411 to my social media following, and bring passion to this role.

After being announced at the Doll Ball, I was thrilled to start day one of content creation at NAM Nationals. We filmed TikToks, Instagram content, and had lots of fun trying on the fabulous outfits. Emilia and I got to know each other better after having shared a few days in hair and makeup together, and now as AR sisters!

Throughout my year, I was able to visit the store for two trunk shows and model some fabulous designs, all the while always leaving with a pretty pink bag - sorry Dad! Creating DIML-style videos, holiday-themed outfits, and what I pack for a trip to AR were some of my content highlights. Throughout my time as the Face of Ashley Rene’s, I also filmed advice/tip videos so that girls could have an insight into what to submit when it came time to do so. Obviously, the most fun event I attended was New York Fashion Week for the Sherri Hill show. If you want to hear about that experience, head over to the blog to read in depth about the fantastic time I had, thanks to AR! I was dressed to the 10’s by the Ashley Rene’s team, was surrounded by pageant and reality TV celebrities, and saw the most incredible gowns that I had dreamt of seeing since I was thirteen years old. I also had a sponsored photoshoot from Meagan Gilbert Photography and Ashley Urban Artistry, where I was made to feel glamorous, and the images turned out better than I could have imagined. This year has made me feel one of a kind and celebrated for who I am, and that is exactly how the AR team makes every girl feel in-store, online, or at a trunk show!

I wanted to maximize my year as the Face of Ashley Rene’s. I believe any role you step into, it is up to you to make the most of it. With the support of the staff and my family, I was able to do what I had promised to do in my application video! Being a brand ambassador requires passion for the product (check!), love for the brand (check!), and a drive to inspire others (check!). I am so grateful for my year as the Face of Ashley Rene’s, and thank you doesn’t begin to cover it. Don’t worry, this won’t be the last time you see me with a pink garment bag, making AR dress TikToks, or rocking the gowns, rompers, and dresses on stage! Once an Ashley Rene’s girl, always an Ashley Rene’s Girl!
