I began competing in pageantry at thirteen years old with National American Miss. I started pageantry, because I love being on stage, and sharing my love for life. My second year with National American Miss I won the spokesmodel award, and competed in the National All American Pageant in Anaheim, California. I placed in the top twenty! In 2016 I was crowned Miss Illinois Junior Teen, and competed for the national title. I didn't place, but that didn't stop me from competing!
In 2018, I was crowned Miss Teen Illinois International, and have grown my platform through this organization. Nationals was in July of 2018, and it was an amazing experience!
My platform for pageantry is Hope, Love, & Faith: Inclusivity for those with special needs. My platform is inspired from the girl I mentor, Faith. Faith and I began dancing with the Shining Stars Dance Program at my studio when I was in seventh grade. Since then, we have been partners on and off the dance floor. Faith has inspired me to further push us to a world where everyone is included! Throughout my work with pageantry I have partnered with the Tim Tebow Foundation to help with the Night To Shine prom events. These events give those with special needs, and opportunity to be crowned and dance the night away! My work with #HopeLoveFaith has transformed my life, and my mission.
