Miss Teen International 2018
Wow. Where to even begin? I spent eight days in Charleston, West Virginia vying for the title of Miss Teen International! It was a crazy, exhausting, fulfilling, and amazing week... & I can't wait to tell you all about it.
The week started with watching the Mrs. International pageant finals, and seeing my sweet sister finish with a top fifteen placement! The following days were filled with orientation, rehearsals, outings, and late nights! On my two days off I was able to visit the Ronald Mcdonald House of Southern West Virginia twice! The first time, Kennedy and I baked cookies, and the next time I dropped off toiletries!
Although the results weren’t what I wanted I wouldn’t change the 4:30AM makeup calls, laughs, singing, and my improvement as a contestant for anything!
Before I sign off I want to say a few thank you’s!
First, to my parents: Thank you for supporting every dream I have, and coming on all my adventures with me! To Randi, Constantine, and Jess: Wow! Thanks for being the best team a girl could ask for. Thank you for being rockstars all week, and preparing me for months.. so happy you’re forever apart of my family. To Lovena, Nicole, Mrs. Pearlman, and everyone else who volunteered their time at our readiness sessions, thank you so much for helping me become my best self!!!!! Also a huge thank you to Cyd Glavich for teaching me grace, and helping me throughout my years of pageantry! OF COURSE a huge thank you to my bff Faith for being the drive behind everything I do!
